What we keep. What we don't pretend.

Spestly is software for pest-control companies. This page is short on purpose. Last updated 30 August 2026.

Who we are

The pest-control company that uses Spestly is the controller of its customer data. Spestly hosts the tools — Spestly is not yet a registered company, so there is no company registration number or street address on this page. Contact us at help@spestly.com. When a legal entity is registered, we will update this page. Contact the pest-control company that booked you first for anything about your visit.

What is stored

Company staff: name, email, password hash or Google account id. Customers: name, phone, email, address, appointments, treatment notes, invoices, and optional job photos. Website bookings store what you type so the visit can be scheduled.

Why

To run the business: schedule visits, send technicians, keep treatment records, take payment, and email reports. Not ads. Not selling lists.

Processors

Cloudflare (Workers, D1 in Western Europe, R2 photos, Turnstile). Stripe (card payments to the pest company, and Spestly subscription billing). Resend (transactional email). Google (optional sign-in). We do not store full card numbers.

Cookies

A session cookie after you sign in. Short-lived cookies for Google sign-in. Turnstile may set a cookie to tell humans from bots. A cookie-consent preference is stored locally when you accept on the marketing site. No tracking pixels.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, and a copy of your data. Company owners can export or delete their workspace in Settings. Customers should start with the pest-control company that holds the visit.
