Questions before you start
The trial, driver access, online booking, and invoicing.
Yes. Every screen assumes vans, technicians, recurring treatments, and service reports. There is no generic CRM to reshape.
Yes. The 7-day trial needs a card on file. You are not charged until day 8 if you stay. Cancel in Settings → Plan before then and you pay nothing.
After 7 days the plan you picked is billed — Desk $49/mo, Route $99/mo, or Fleet $179/mo. Cancel anytime.
Yes. You get a hosted booking page and an embed. Bookings land on your diary unassigned — you assign a technician.
A finished job can open the invoice. Recurring plans rebook the next visit. The invoices board shows who is paid and who needs a nudge. Card pay-now needs Stripe Connect on your company; cash and bank transfer work without it.
