Recurring contracts lapse when nobody puts the next visit on the calendar. A notebook or a “next month” text is easy to lose.
Due lists every plan with no visit booked. Book it, hold it for a week, or skip this round. The plan stays on the list.

Questions before you start

Yes. Every screen assumes vans, technicians, recurring treatments, and service reports. There is no generic CRM to reshape.
Yes. The 7-day trial needs a card on file. You are not charged until day 8 if you stay. Cancel in Settings → Plan before then and you pay nothing.
Route ($99/mo) includes the driver app and routes. Desk is office-only — diary, invoices, booking, and quotes for one login.
Yes. You get a hosted booking page and an embed. Bookings land on your diary unassigned — you assign a technician.
Yes — upload a CSV from your spreadsheet or old system and your customers land in Spestly with names, addresses, and contact details. If your file is messy, email help@spestly.com and we'll help you move it.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan — no contract, no notice period, no cancellation call. Your data stays exportable.
