The usual invoice pile

The work is done. The sheet is in the van, a photo is on someone’s phone, and the invoice waits until someone types it. Recurring accounts get billed late or twice. That is not a bookkeeping personality problem. It is a gap between the job and the invoice.

Pest-control invoicing should start from the visit: the customer, the property, the service, and the price you already set. Mark the job complete and the invoice can open with those fields filled. You check it, send it, or print it.

Quotes, invoices, and getting paid

Quotes go out by email with an accept link. After the job, the invoice can follow the same customer. Recurring plans rebook the next visit; each completed visit can produce its invoice so regulars are billed every cycle without a reminder on a sticky note.

The invoices board shows paid, due, and who needs a nudge. Cash and bank transfer work with no extra account. Card pay-now needs Stripe Connect on your company. Card money goes to you at Stripe’s rates. Spestly’s subscription is the only thing you pay us.

Print to PDF when you need paper. Fleet adds a tax report and accountant-ready export. Desk and Route can still mark paid and send email.

What to expect in the first week

Add your services and prices, import customers if you have a file, complete one real job, and send one invoice. If mail does not arrive, check the email log. Early customers can write help@spestly.com and we will sit through that first invoice with you.
